What it is about

You learn how distributed and highly networked development processes are systematically analyzed, simulated and improved. In the practicum you apply methods such as Design-Structure-Matrix, Multiple-Domain-Matrix and agent-based process simulation and you understand how process sequences, quality measurement and resource constraints influence product quality and development time.
