Corporate Finance

What it is about

You learn the fundamental concepts of corporate finance: valuation of firms and options, capital structure, dividend policy, market efficiency, as well as transactions such as IPOs and M&A. In the end you will be able to critically discuss these concepts, value financial and real options, and make decisions on financing and valuation questions (e.g., DCF, option valuation).
