Project Week (TUM Bio Entrepreneurship): Venture Building with TUM Venture Labs

What it is about

You work interdisciplinarily (medicine, computer science, management) in a team on a real biomedical innovation problem. In the end you can present a validated needs and solution concept including value proposition and prototype concept and convincingly present your idea in a pitch.

What you will be able to do

• Understand characteristics of entrepreneurial action in the biomedical context
• Apply the Double Diamond process
• Use methods for idea and business model development
• Validate clinical needs and key assumptions about feasibility, desirability and viability
• Develop value proposition and prototype concept
• Present innovation in a pitch
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily and integrate scientific, clinical and entrepreneurial perspectives
