Streuamplituden

What it is about

In this module you will learn modern methods for the calculation of scattering amplitudes in particle physics, from spinor-helicity formalism over on-shell recursion to techniques for loop amplitudes. In the end you will be able to apply on-shell methods to tree- and one-loop amplitudes and understand the fundamentals of modern multi-loop procedures as well as the underlying special functions.

• Understand modern methods for the calculation of multi-loop amplitudes
• Understand the mathematical foundations of special functions (e.g. multiple polylogarithms)
