Investment and Financial Management

What it is about

You will learn instruments of corporate finance with which you analyze, evaluate and compare investment projects. At the end of the module you will be able to calculate and interpret corporate performance metrics, make investment decisions based on net present value and internal rate of return, and assess capital structure and cost of capital.

Name and apply important corporate performance metrics
Analyze and select investment projects
Determine optimal capital structure of projects and companies
Master and reproduce concepts of financial mathematics
Evaluate financial market instruments (bonds, stocks, options)
