What it is about
You will receive an introduction to the basics of synthetic biology with a focus on synthetic gene circuits. You will learn molecular biology foundations, quantitative methods for describing gene expression, and dynamic properties of biological systems. In the end you will be able to understand simple gene circuits and describe gene regulation quantitatively.
