What it is about

You will learn how urban and regional transport is organizationally designed, regulated and financed. The module conveys different forms of organization and procurement of public service contracts as well as their advantages and disadvantages and analyzes concrete country cases. In the end you will be able to describe, evaluate and derive proposals for further development of organizational models, regulatory approaches and contract forms.
