Competition Law and Economics

What it is about

You will learn the basics of European and German cartel law as well as relevant economic aspects of competition policy. By the end you will be able to analyse legal and economic competition situations, distinguish between legitimate business strategies and abuses of market power, and name legal courses of action for affected companies or startups.
