Global Tech Policy Practice: Introduction to Digital Policy-Advising

What it is about

You will learn how digital policy advisory works in practice today: fundamentals, instruments and the sequence of policy cycles, case studies from different areas, as well as larger contextual questions such as data protection, digital sovereignty and geopolitical tensions. In the end you will be able to analyze digital policy strategies, discuss with experts, and develop and present a concrete Technology Policy Canvas for a country in a group project.
