What it is about

You deal with legal questions surrounding science and technology. Based on a current topic you learn how the law regulates specific technical situations, develop arguments for solutions and reflect on these with regard to constitutional principles such as the rule of law, human rights or transparency.

• Reflect regulatory decisions and their consequences
• Present a legal problem and develop a solution argumentatively
• Link chosen argumentative steps with constitutional concepts
• Actively present legal arguments in the instructional setting

What the module consists of
