Core Topic: Normativity and Technology (MA RESET/STS)

What it is about

You engage with jurisprudence, legal theory, and legal philosophy and their linkage with Science and Technology Studies. You will learn to analyze current and traditional questions of law and technology and apply legal discourse to concrete technology- and society-related questions. In the end you will be able to classify various theoretical positions, assess them critically, and apply them in legal arguments to concrete issues.
