Advanced Topic: Law and Digitization in Action (MA STS)

What it is about

You engage with current and controversial questions around law and digitization. In the end you will be able to classify central regulatory debates, critically reflect on legal solution options, and create own practice-oriented texts such as short memoranda or blog posts.

What you will be able to do

• Categorize and understand current debates on law and technology
• Reflect on regulatory decisions and alternatives
• Present a legal problem and argue a solution
• Critically assess positions
• Develop practice-oriented outputs (e.g., blog post, short legal opinion)
• Reflect and explain your own work in a short essay
