What it is about

You engage in an in-depth study of the politics and governance of science and technology. You will learn how science and technological innovation feed into political processes (and vice versa), which actors and institutions play a role, and how normative tensions in S&T policy can be analyzed and substantiated. In the end you can systematically analyze complex issues with concepts from STS, Economics, Innovation Studies and Public Policy and advocate normative positions.
