What it is about

In this practice-oriented module you will learn the fundamental concepts and tools for evaluating RNA sequencing data (RNA-Seq). You will acquire skills from quality control through trimming and mapping to the quantitative determination of gene expression, differential expression analyses, and functional enrichment analyses, and you will be able to independently perform a comparative RNA-Seq data analysis at the end.
