Personal & Leadership Development

What it is about

You will learn theories and models of lateral leadership, reflect on your own behavior, and develop concrete development goals for your presence in non-hierarchical project structures. You will also practice giving and receiving feedback, presentation techniques for different target groups, as well as basics of project management and tools for career planning and networking.
