What it is about

You will learn the basics of nutrition: composition of macronutrients and micronutrients, fluid balance, selected dietary forms as well as nutrition-related diseases and diagnostics. At the end you will be able to derive age-, gender- and sport-specific nutrition recommendations and assess the importance of macronutrients and dietary supplements in sport.
