What it is about

You will learn central psychological theories and perspectives that are important for teams and groups in organizations. In the end you will understand how teams emerge, function and which factors influence their success; you can also apply concepts to professional and everyday situations.

The study achievement is graded as pass/fail. You must participate actively, read the assigned material, and present it in the seminar in the form of reflective discussions as well as independent presentations. There is an assessment of your understanding of fundamental psychological terms, models and studies and their application.
