Interdisziplinäres Projekt in einem Anwendungsfach

What it is about

You acquire domain knowledge in an application area outside computer science and work in a team on a computer science project to solve a concrete task of this application area. In the end you can apply the learned domain knowledge, clarify interdisciplinary requirements with subject matter experts, and design, implement, test and present a software-supported solution.

What you will be able to do

• Application of acquired domain knowledge in an application domain
• Introduction to a delimited area of an application field
• Analysis of interdisciplinary requirements under technical, economic and social boundary conditions
• Team-based requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing of systems with computer science methods
• Coordination and communication with experts in the application field
• Written and oral presentation of project results for a professional audience

What the module consists of

• Vorlesung (4 SWS)Delivery of the basic concepts and techniques of the chosen application area; preparation for the examination
