You will learn central concepts, methods and decision spaces of strategic IT management and how they interact. In the end you will be able to explain the relationships between IT strategy, Enterprise Architecture Management, large-scale Agile Development and IT governance, and apply patterns as well as frameworks in models, methods, metrics and visualizations.
