What it is about

You plan, organize and carry out a student project independently. In this process you learn the basics of project management, communication as well as leadership and motivation in the team, and you can implement small projects independently and reflect on them critically.

What you will be able to do

• Know and apply the basic principles of project organization
• Plan and carry out small projects independently with mentor support
• Critically reflect and evaluate project management processes
• Know and apply the basic principles of leadership and team motivation

What the module consists of

• Kickoff-VeranstaltungIntroduction to the module, clarification of organizational questions, support with initial project planning
• WorkshopsConveying and development of central fundamentals (Design Thinking, communication and team leadership, project management)
• Eigenständige ProjektarbeitCore of the module: planning, execution and documentation of the concrete project
• Zwischenberichte und PräsentationProgress monitoring and final presentation and discussion of the project
