The Science of Creativity: from Brain to Management

What it is about

You study creativity from the perspectives of psychology, neuroscience and management. You will learn neurocognitive foundations, assessment methods and practical approaches, and you will develop group workshops to promote creativity in the workplace and in everyday life.

What you should already know

Assessment

Group presentationindividuelle schriftliche ArbeitProjekt

The assessment consists of a group presentation (70%) and an individual written submission (30%). Group presentation: design and execution of a 90–120-minute workshop in three parts: theoretical introduction (~15 min), practical session (60–90 min), reflection (5–15 min). Evaluated are format, engagement, theoretical accuracy, clarity and time management; detailed criteria are available in the course wiki. Individual submission: a three-page report on a course topic, evaluated according to structure, integration of relevant literature, clarity, coherence, format and conclusions.
