EU Fintech Regulation

What it is about

You receive an introduction to fintech and the underlying business models as well as the relevant areas of banking and capital markets law. The focus is on licensing procedures (including the role of BaFin), governance, AML, payment services and e-money, financial instruments/prospectus requirements, insider trading, market manipulation and crowdfunding – each with a strong focus on DLT/blockchain. In the end you will be able to recognise the legal risks of technology-driven financial business models and develop compliance solutions.
