Human–AI Interaction in Operations Management

What it is about

You will learn how AI systems are used in operational decision making and how humans collaborate with these systems. By the end you will be able to classify and assess central AI technologies (e.g., predictive models, generative AI, agentic AI) and evaluate how these systems influence trust, transparency, delegation, and overall performance in areas such as forecasting, planning and resource use.
