In this seminar you will learn how neuroscientific insights can improve leadership and collaboration. You will receive foundations about the brain, learn to apply neuroleadership in three areas (emotions, cognition, meaning/trust) and get an outlook on Brain Capital and the protection of brain performance. At the end you will be able to make neuro-aware decisions, manage stress and focus, and design change interventions.
