Innovation Management Tools and Methods

What it is about

You work in teams on a real business problem from the digital sector and apply Design Thinking in practice. In the end you will be able to analyze user needs, articulate a problem clearly, develop ideas, prototype and test with users, and present the solution to company representatives.

What you will be able to do

• Analyze problems from practice and formulate them as a Design Thinking challenge
• apply a user-centered perspective (empathy, user interviews, observation)
• formulate clear problem statements
• generate ideas (including brainstorming techniques)
• create prototypes with simple means
• test prototypes with potential users
• apply Design Thinking to real business challenges in the digital environment
• manage relationships and present and defend results to company representatives
