Sustainable Supply Chain Management

What it is about

You will learn how sustainability aspects (economic, social, environmental) are classified and analyzed in the context of Operations and Supply Chain Management. In the end you will be able to apply concepts such as Circular Economy, Life Cycle Analysis and Systems Thinking, classify sustainability metrics, and integrate sustainability aspects into decision models for location and routing decisions.

• Apply system thinking and Life Cycle Analysis
• Assess sustainability metrics and reporting (e.g. GRI)
