What it is about

You engage with the economic consequences of Technological change, with a focus on generative AI and its impact on labor markets as well as family- and non-family-owned firms. By the end you will be able to critically read scientific articles on the topic, summarize their findings, and derive your own experimental research designs as well as policy recommendations.

• Analyze economic mechanisms behind changes in work organization, skill requirements and firm structure
