Master's Thesis

What it is about

You work independently on a scientific question from a subfield of Robotics, Cognition, Intelligence. Under supervision you choose a solution approach, implement it practically and/or theoretically, and document the results in a detailed report. In the end you can autonomously work on complex, specific topics, develop solutions, analyze, evaluate, and present your results scientifically.

• Development and precise analysis of a professional solution
• Evaluation of your own solution approaches with scientific methods
• Writing a professional scientific documentation
• Presentation of research results to a scientifically interested audience

What the module consists of

• Master's Thesis (scientific elaboration)Main component: independent processing of the question and creation of the written work (50–100 pages)
• PresentationIntroduction and explanation of the results; part of the course but not included in the grade
