What it is about

You engage with storytelling practices in science, technology and society (STS) and analyze how narratives negotiate responsibility, sustainability and justice. In the end you will be able to critically examine narrative formats (e.g., podcasts, blogs, videos) and, in small groups, create and publish your own responsible narrative.

What you will be able to do

• Familiarity with concepts and the research state of Narrative Cultures in STS
• Critical analysis of narrative infrastructures and practices (e.g., podcasts)
• Development of narrative practices with a focus on responsibility, sustainability and socio-ecological justice
• Knowledge of technical tools for creating and publishing narrative formats
• Application of conceptual STS tools to analyze cultural phenomena
