What it is about

You will learn central tasks and instruments of HR management: structure and functions of HR departments, workforce planning, recruitment, selection and integration of employees as well as performance appraisal, motivation, teambuilding and current innovations in the HR field. By the end you will be able to analyze HR processes and design measures for stabilizing and evaluating the performance of the workforce.
