CEO Strategy Series

What it is about

In this module you meet CEOs and managers of real companies and gain insights into their strategic decisions—from internationalization to M&A to digital transformation and data-driven business models. By the end you will be able to analyze companies and leaders as strategists and link gained theory with practical dialogues.

Understand perspectives on the development and implementation of corporate strategies
Analyze companies and CEOs as strategists
Apply theory-related insights from the relevant strategy literature
Strengthen understanding of digital companies and digital transformation in strategies
Improve discussion and soft skills through interaction with executives

Assessment

Written examContinuous assessment

Performance is assessed via short quizzes at the end of each session (7 questions per quiz). You must submit at least 70% of the quizzes to pass the module. The final grade is the aggregation of quiz results. Duration of individual quizzes: short (at the end of the session). No aids are specified.
