What it is about

You will receive an introduction to relevant legal issues in the founding of startups, specifically for founders from family-owned businesses. By the end you will know the basics of German corporate law (in particular GmbH, GbR), the founding process, and typical contractual and financial questions, and you will be able to recognize legal problems in case studies and present reasoned solutions.
