Accounting and Value-Based Management

What it is about

You learn how companies capture, process and use their data for management decisions as well as external reporting. From a value-oriented perspective the module covers objectives, measurement of performance indicators, decision support and evaluation of corporate performance, as well as relevant accounting and ethics questions.

Evaluate companies based on defined objectives
Systematically capture business events
Classify, allocate and analyze costs to control operational performance
Create and analyze financial and sustainability reports according to common standards
Assess value-based performance indicators and value drivers
Design incentive systems, assess ethical consequences and analyze accounting policy
