Meta-Analysis in Management Research: Techniques and Applications

What it is about

You will learn how to quantitatively synthesize and interpret existing empirical findings in management through meta-analyses. In the end you will be able to systematically identify studies, calculate effect sizes, examine moderators, and independently conduct a meta-analysis as well as derive implications for research and practice.
