The exam consists of a group work (group report, max. 5 pages, 70%) and an individual critical reflection (max. 2 pages, 30%). In the group report you identify a more relevant management problem (e.g., production, quality, remote support, HR, customer experience), justify its relevance and describe a detailed VR/AR solution including technical implementation steps, management implications and expected outcomes. The individual reflection analyzes the significance of VR/AR for management questions, pros and cons as well as personal learning experience. Allowed tools: reference materials and external sources are allowed for the group report; the reflection must be written independently.
