What it is about

You will learn the legal foundations for technology-oriented companies in Germany and the EU. The module covers typical practical problems (contract design and termination, liability, property and corporate law, intellectual property, competition law) and enables you to analyze legal problems and present solutions in writing.

What you will be able to do

• Name and understand the legal framework for technology-oriented companies in DE and the EU
• Apply legal principles on liability (tort), contract, corporate law, IP and competition law
• Analyze legal consequences of typical business situations and identify courses of action
• Present the results of the analysis in a structured written form
